I read Mike Dillard's book Magnetic Sponsoring a few days ago. The book starts by discussing how in effective marketing, individuals aren't buying into your item, they are purchasing into you. Then he speaks about what kind of individual you have to be in order to sell. It was actually all useful and extremely great material. Mike just says, that in order to make people desire to buy exactly what you need to offer, you need to be a leader, offering some kind of value to their lives. I concur.
